There is a strict return policy. Your order may be returned in up to 10 days. Once 10 days has passed, your order is not allowed to be returned, it can only be exchanged for the same product for a different size or different colour.

Items are usually shipped within 2-3 days of your order being placed. This may be longer nearer to tour date times. However, the merchandise will be sold at all concerts so not to worry. Orders will be shipped first class with a tracking number that'll be emailed to you once the order is confirmed.
